Dr. C.P Gracy pursued research on developing risk efficient cropping pattern for peri-urban farmers of Bangalore north for her PhD in Agricultural economics from the University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), GKVK. As a Faculty of UAS, she has been involved in research projects addressing improving farm decision making, marketing and market intelligence. Widely researched on sustainability issues in coffee production, scientific estimation of crop production costs, contract farming and feasibility studies. Recently she completed a research on maize business school funded by National Institute of Agricultural Marketing, Jaipur, India. She has guided more than 60 postgraduate student research projects in diversified fields of agriculture economics, agribusiness and marketing.
