Guideline for Abstract Selection and Article Finalisation
- The abstracts are categorised and sent to related reviewers from the scientific committee for evaluation and decision making.
- The interested participants whose abstracts are accepted can prepare a final research article, if interested, to publish in one of our partner journals (this will be updated in October 2024). You can find further details in the About Conference page. The article publication depends on the peer reviews of the specific journal.
- The accepted abstracts will be published in the Environmental Sciences Proceedings Journal.
- Once the abstract is accepted, the participating authors must register and pay the conference fee (registration starts in October 2024) to ensure to present and publish their work.
Abstract Status Criteria
The abstracts are reviewed by the reviewers of the scientific committee and are finalised based on the below mentioned categories. Each abstract submissions and registrations are addressed fully via email.
Accepted
The abstract is reviewed and accepted, and is ready to present after you register through the registration page.
Not Accepted
The abstract is not accepted because it is not relevant to the conference theme or lacks scientific standard.
Accepted with changes
The abstract needs some revision, or should be updated as per the recommendation to be accepted.
Transferred
The abstract is not relevant in the submitted category and is transferred to a different category and accepted.
