Academics, students, influencers, enthusiasts, and stakeholders, including all interested people with respect to the theme of the conference can participate.

The conference will be held from 27 November 2024 till 28 November 2024. The conference won’t be full-day but half-day. The detail schedules will be updated by 31 October 2024.

The conference will be held virtually via Zoom. You will receive the details in October, 2024. In the future, we also plan to organise the conference physically.

Abstract is required to assess the suitability of your work and presentation with the conference theme, and to sort the presentation schedule accordingly.

The keynote and invited speakers do not need to submit an abstract. Their presentation work is decided beforehand with the organisers.

While submitting the abstract you can select either oral or poster presentation. Oral presentation will be live presentation, while poster presentation will be static.

Your abstract should be your original work within the theme of conference. You can submit it in a group or alone. Please ensure NO Conflict of Interest before submission.

If you are interested in publication of your abstract through the conference submission, you can publish it for free through our partner journal after the successful approval of your abstract. In addition, publication of full research article is also possible. The publication partner journal will be updated soon.

The abstract could be submitted in both English or Spanish language. The Presentation will be of 10 minutes followed by a discussion session of 5 minutes. In case the presentation is in Spanish, it could be pre-recorded and will be streamed during the conference with English subtitles and translators will facilitate the discussion.

Yes, if you are interested to attend the conference you are welcome to do so. You have to register and pay the conference fee to participate in the conference.

Yes, once your abstract is accepted you need to register and pay to confirm your participation as a speaker. Only then you can present your work and participate in the conference. In addition, co-authors also need to register and pay separately if they want to participate in the conference.
